- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The most inept billing department in the state. It took 7 months for the billing department to figure out how to bill my insurance correctly, then they threatened to put my account in collection because it was "Passed due". I STILL have not recieved a bill for the actual amount that I owe. I was told I could go down to their local office and get it, if I want. Customer service people are lazy and do not followup when they tell you they will! Do not trust they will do what they say they will do. They simply do not care about you or that they have made a mistake. If they tell you they have documented your phone call you can bet they didn't. I have proved that by calling back immediately after hanging up. I will NEVER go to another facility that is affiliated or related to Bayshore Medical again. NEVER.
