  The staff are kind and professional, the vets are excellent, and they have convenient appointment times. Usually a very quick visit. They also have a boarding facility right across the street which is convenient, and makes me feel better knowing that they have easy access to the vet records and vice versa.

  Professional, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. The team make sure that you're aware of all the options available, but don't pressure you to extend beyond your budget. Usually punctual and always hygienic. We never feel rushed during our appointments - everyone we deal with has a genuine regard for their furry clients, and they give us time to explain our situation and ask questions. We usually see Dr Sullivan and particularly appreciate how his calm and kind nature puts our dog at ease. Dr Sullivan goes out of his way to explain what's happening with your pet in as much detail as you need. They have a candle in the waiting room with an explanation that when it's lit, it means someone is saying goodbye to their pet, the note asks other owners to be understanding and keep the environment calm and quiet. If you've been in for something major, someone from the team will usually call a few days after the appointment to see how your pet is doing. These are small gestures that show how much they care about their clients, and the respect they have for the pet-owner relationship.
