  This place is absolutely horrible. I waited an hour and a half until I finally decided to leave. I had an appointment scheduled and everything. The front desk workers did not even have the curtesy to let me know that "they were short on rooms" (which doesn't even make sense) until I went up and asked for a refund and to cancel my appointment. I am NEVER one to leave a review, but this was absolutely ridiculous.

  I will say they did remove all the charges, however this is the bill the insurance company would have been sent... AND WE WONDER WHY INSURANCE IS SO HIGH... DO NOT USE DR CYNTHIA LEW... I went in to get a prescription refill because they would not refill without me coming in. Our insurance had not kicked in so I told them I was self pay, Dr. Sack would charge me about 75.00 for this kind of visit! I was charged $251.00, NO BLOOD WORK, SHE LISTEN TO MY HEART, AND HAD ME BREATH. That is all that she did besides telling me I needed some test, test that I have never heard of... I was charged $20 for TELLING me I needed to take it. $30 for TELLING me I needed it, and $6 for TELLING me another one.... $160 for office visit (I was told on the phone it would be $82.50 for being a new patient) I did get a flu shot $35... This is unbelievable myself and my husband called, I was told she could charge me for anything she wanted! I miss you Dr Sack, I have found a new Doctor he is great, Dr. Doan, cost $170 (new patient and full blood work up) And he even told me he wanted me to take some test NO CHARGE!!
